This program is designed for the young students 8-18 years old who love dance but may not be able or ready to commit to the requirements of The Academy.

Requirements include students taking a minimum of 4 classes a week with training offered in Ballet, Modern Jazz., Tap, Hip-Hop and African dance.

Overseen by Dean Karen McDonald the Pre-Academy faculty is the same as the Academy Masters. The Pre-Academy program serves as a gateway into the Academy, as students progress in technique, recommendations are made.
Performances:

The Pre-Academy students perform in the winter and spring recitals and are also encouraged to audition for the annual theatrical productions.
