The Debbie Allen Dance Academy (DADA) is a 501c(3) not-for-profit charitable organization that relies on the financial support of individuals, corporations, and foundations to achieve its mission to make dance a meaningful experience for all individuals. With an annual operating budget of just above 1 million, and close to 400 children to service, we have a huge job - your support is needed!

Help talented and deserving
youth attend DADA- Over 50% of DADA students are on some form of scholarship and at this time, DADA is supporting many of those students. 
Help build motivated and productive citizens.
Research suggests that studying the arts plays a major role in an individual's self-esteem, discipline, and creative awareness.

Art Programs in the public schools are dwindling. Programs like DADA expose young people to the arts, who would otherwise not have the opportunity.

California is fiftieth out of all the United States in terms of its level of arts funding, thus DADA depends on you for support!

DADA is attracting young people from all over the world and is becoming a
destination for quality dance programs. DADA is a gold-mine that all of California is proud to call its own.

Debbie Allen is committed to "give back" to our children by sharing her resources and successful career in the performing arts as the DADA's founder and Artistic Director.
How Can I support DADA?
There are many ways to support the Debbie Allen Dance Academy. Giving is a very personal philanthropic pursuit and it is our intention to share with you the breadth of our needs so that your involvement is valuable for you. Options include but are not limited to:

2. Underwriting DADA programs or events.
3. Underwriting public school or community outreach programs.
