I opened the Debbie Allen Dance Academy in 2001 with the mission to make dance a meaningful experience for all individuals who have the spirit of dance in their hearts.
As a special bonus for supporting the HOT CHOCOLATE NUTCRACKER production we would love to extend the opportunity to perform a Lecture-Demonstration at your school with some of our Master teachers/instructors and student performers.
This 45-minute workshop will serve as an impetus to move young people towards art education initiatives that exist in your school or to seek out an arts program during after school hours.
It is proven that the character education that comes with the arts; discipline, ability to take criticism and connect with creativity, propels students to greater ability to achieve academically. Please let us come to dance, talk, and inspire your students.
